How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Store credit will be issued on items that must be exchanged. It is good for up to one year after purchase date. Please contact us by email with a tracking number once you have made your return shipment. Please send to your return to 1750 N. Bayshore Drive Miami, Florida 33132 Suite 2415. The buyer is responsible for shipping on all returns and exchanges. Please watch the info section at checkout for item sizes, updates and availability. We do not offer refunds. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no exchanges are allowed)

• must not be a special order or a custom order

• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
